Attempt house break - in Near You - Hallwood Green, Eccleshill, BD10

Dear Resident,

We would like to make residents aware of a report of suspicious activity on Tuesday 16 June 2026, between 06:00 and 20:50.

An unknown individual was seen:

Marking a window with an implement

Trying a door handle in an apparent attempt to gain entry

No access was gained to the property. It is currently unclear whether any damage has been caused.

Ensure all doors and windows are locked, even when at home

Report any suspicious behaviour immediately

Consider checking or installing CCTV or doorbell cameras

Ensure security lighting is working

If you have any information or noticed anything unusual around this time, please report it via 101, or 999 in an emergency.
